The School of Mathematical and Data Sciences was created in 2021 by combining the existing programs in Mathematics and Statistics with a new degree program in Data Sciences.
These three disciplines intersect in multiple topical areas and by creating the school, students at the undergraduate and graduate level will be able to access an integrated educational program. The school also serves the University as a focal point in Mathematical and Data Science based research.
